Gleam Bomonti Hotel

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, and the service exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Muhammet, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. His kindness and professionalism made a real difference, and we truly appreciated his help. The hotel's location, facilities, and overall atmosphere were perfect, and we will definitely be coming back in the future. Fresh fruit at breakfast was excellent good spread of salad cakes Borek and usual fried items with eggs. Scrambled eggs was very good. Staff friendly and helpful even if they did forget what you asked them and had to remind them. Rooms are kept really clean and we were upgraded to a corner room when we got there. Nespresso machine was a nice touch. Small fridge was useful.

The staff were very helpful, and the location is about a 12–15 minute walk from public transport. My mum and I stayed for 5 days, and we had a room on the top (9th) floor. The guy at reception changed our room to a higher floor because I asked for it when we checked in. There were no robes or slippers in the room at first, but they brought them right away after I called. Breakfasts were tasty, but I did miss having some good-quality ham.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel. The hotel is situated 15min walk from metro station called Osmanbey station (this station is only one more stop to the main Taksim Square metro stop). From Taksim Square metro stop you can easy walk to Galata Tower, Galata Bridge, Grand Bazaar, Basilica Cistern, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque. Rooms were spacious and had anything you need for a short stay: mini fridge, kettle, shower, air-con, free wifi. My recommendation - use metro/train to main atractions/airport otherwise you will be stuck in a traffic. Use chatgpt to provide you directions from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport and so on. For the internet outside hotel use app called Airalo (install everything at home). For 7eur I got 3GB in 4 days I used less than half. Download google maps at home so you can use it without internet when going from one place to another.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after our long days of exploring the vibrant city. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the hotel’s breakfast buffet. It offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. The quality and freshness of the food were exceptional, and the staff in the dining area were always attentive and friendly. The hotel’s location in the Şişli district was also a major plus. It provided easy access to many of Istanbul’s key attractions and transportation points, while being situated in a quieter area, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. Overall, our experience at the Gleam Bomonti Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and looking for a combination of luxury, comfort, and excellent service.
